Instructions
  1. Add Salt and roasted garlic & herb on both sides of the chicken. You can add a generous amount
  2. Put in the food saver or ziplock bag
  3. Add a little avocado oil
  4. Seal the food saver bag or place ziplock bag in water to push the air out
  5. Cook in Sous Vide at 150 degrees for 1 hour
  6. Pat dry the chicken
  7. Sear the chicken any way you like.
