  1. Crush Nilla cookies in large ziplock bag
  2. Take crushed Nilla cookies and add softened butter, and sugar.
  3. mix well and place to side
Cheese Cake
  1. In a mixer add 4 cream cheese
  2. once smooth add sugar
  3. add eggs one at a time
  4. add milk, sour cream, flour, and vanilla. Mix until smooth but don’t over mix
Making
  1. Place a few scoops of crust and pat it nice and compact in the bottom of the mason jar
  2. Once crust is in place add the cream to the top of the jar. Fill to just about the top of the rim. Less air will help them sit better in the sous vide
  3. Now set you sous vide to 185 and cook all 8 jars for 1 and 1/2 hours.
  4. Once cooked place on cooling rack and allow to cool to room temperature
  5. Then place in the fridge for 12 hours or over night.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
